Membership Details
- Your membership lets you swap your wearable but unwanted clothes for Swapology points which you then spend on new-to-you items in our store.
- Your subscription includes shipping for 1 order of up to 3 items (max 3kg) each calendar month.
- You pay for the clothes you order with the points you received for the clothes you sent in.
- If you want additional items, you can either use money or points to pay for the clothes, but shipping fees will apply.
- You can gift a membership or even some of your points to another member, just email us with the details.
- When you join, we send you a postage paid bag to get you into the swapping habit. Your membership also includes 150 points as a sign-up bonus.
- If you are not a member you can use money to rent or buy clothes but the pay with points system is only available to members with an active subscription.
