Wait for your new-to-you items to arrive. Please allow 3 to 5 working days - possibly more if (like me) you live rurally.
We personally inspect each clothing item sent in based on condition, quality and brand so you are rewarded with points to spend in our wardrobe. We take a lot of time and pride in quality checking each clothing item so that it is ready to be re-loved by you. Any items that do not meet our Swapping Guidelines will be donated to charity or recycled in some way.
