Once you’ve placed your order, please allow 2 to 3 working days for your order to be dispatched.

Swapology uses the New Zealand Post and CourierPost network. There is a delivery target of 1 to 3 working days once your order has been collected from Swapology.

All deliveries via CourierPost will be conducted in a contactless manner. Delivery only to valid New Zealand addresses.

Shipping on the Swapologist’s first swap is free. When you sign up, you will receive a Swap Kit that includes a compostable, prepaid courier bag you can use to send in your clothing.

After that, Swapologists – members – pay to send their clothes in.
